About us & Where it all began
Dee'licious Desserts was born in 2021 during a lockdown, when a stay-at-home mum turned a lifelong passion for baking into a thriving home-based business. What started as a way to spread a little joy (and sugar!) during uncertain times quickly grew into something much more — a community brought together by sweet treats and shared smiles.
With a whisk in one hand and a sprinkle of creativity in the other, Dee'licious Desserts has gone from kitchen counter to radio features, and now caters for local establishments, events, and celebrations. Every dessert is made with love, care, and a dash of fun — because we believe baking should always be a little bit magical.
Whether you're after a box of brownies, a birthday showstopper, or something totally new, we’re always ready to mix things up and try something different. At Dee'licious Desserts, it’s not just about what’s on the plate — it’s about bringing people together, one sweet bite at a time.
SHORT POLICY INFO
Cake Order Policy
ORDERING TIMEFRAME
All orders must be places at least 2 weeks in advance.
Rush orders may be taken depending on availability - may be subject to rush fees.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the order. Full payment must be made before or upon collection. Deposits are non-refundable.
CUSTOM DESIGNS & CHANGES
Custom cakes designs are accepted, but any changes must be made at least 1 week before the event. Extra charges may apply.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Orders cancelled within 2 weeks of collection will not have their 50% deposit refunded. Refunds may be available for earlier cancellation dependant on products purchased for the cake(s).
COLLECTION
Customers must pick-up their cakes on time. If customer is running late, they must contact us immediately. We try to cater for everyone, but communication is key.
